Role:

Strike is looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our hiring team. The ideal candidate should be a motivated individual driven by Strikes’ mission and goal. The desired candidate is outspoken with outstanding English skills, ready to own things while having a team-first approach.
Successful candidates will be provided with four weeks of training, after which they will be ready for day-to-day tasks: finding new talents, interviewing candidates, assisting Hiring managers, and leading the recruitment process while being mentored by Senior Recruiters.

Responsibilities:

  • Source for new talents
  • Interview candidates
  • Lead the hiring process on assigned pipelines
  • Assist hiring managers in the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Zero to one year of experience in the recruitment field
  • High-level knowledge of Technology and programming languages
  • Motivated and ready to take action
  • Ready to work staggered hours
  • Excited about Strike's mission
  • Interested in Bitcoin

Candidates with no experience in the recruitment field, fresh graduates, or individuals looking for a career change are accepted for this position.
