Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote role and the candidate does not have to be based in Singapore

Responsibility:

• Expand P2P merchants in key Asia countries and continuously increase the number of active merchants
• Responsible for the operation and management of Asia P2P core merchants, building their operation system and strategies, and improving their service experience
• Improve the trading activity of merchants and users and increase trading volume through refined operation and service
• Based on industry understanding and analysis, provide localised user feedback and competitive information, and put forward optimisation suggestions for product experience upgrading

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Experienced in Crypto P2P merchant channels, able to independently develop new merchants or explore merchants from competitors
• Experienced in operation, able to build merchant trust and enhance merchant activity through service and daily management
• Exceptional communication, presentation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
