About the Role

Location: North America, Remote

We are seeking an experienced social media manager to manage Celsius proactive and reactive social media strategy and presence across all social media channels. This person will be responsible for setting the strategy that aligns with our overall brand strategy and current business objectives. They will focus on growth of community, engagement of community and improving brand sentiment. This person will understand the audience for each social media platform and tailor communications appropriately. They will experiment with innovative creative opportunities in order to continue to delight our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategy across our social media platforms
• Drive growth in community, engagement of community and positive sentiment of community through these channels
• Use insights to understand similarities and differences between audiences across platforms
• Own and drive proactive content calendar that aligns with company and marketing themes
• Develop a metrics and measurement plan to understand effectiveness of activities
• Partner with other channels to build a holistic picture of the customer experience with Celsius
• Create innovative content formats independently and in collaboration with creative team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Experience developing content and creative for social media
• Experience developing a proactive content strategy and calendar for social media
• Extremely organized, can manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
• Strong communicator and strong copywriting skills
• Ability to develop creative independently from creative team
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as legal and creative
• Thrives in a fast-paced, always-on environment
