UX Writer

Strike is looking for a User Experience Writer to help create the best product experiences for our customers. Strike is on a mission to build a more connected financial world, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating in-product content that empowers and delights customers as they enter and participate in a bitcoin-native financial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the in-product content strategy for our mobile apps and all of our new features
• Work closely with the Consumer Product and Design teams to drive product decisions and shape the product roadmap
• Offer a content strategy perspective through the product development process and set the tone and high bar for our product messaging across our mobile apps
• Craft and advocate for approachable language that best communicates our mission externally
• Balance business impact and customer experience with speed and quality
• Work cross-functionally to identify issues and suggest solutions through content
• Update content according to changes in policies, regulations, and new releases

Qualifications:

• 3+ years creating content for consumer-facing products
• Thrive in autonomous roles with lots of ambiguity (e.g., new processes, teams, systems)
• Spectacular interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with designers, product managers, and researchers
• Empathy to work with a diverse array of cross functional peers and stakeholders
• Resourcefulness, pragmatism and roll-up the sleeves mentality
• Experience and interest for Bitcoin and Fintech is a plus
