Role Summary

The Head of Operations is responsible for reaching performance excellence in Supply Chain & Services at Boson. This role will deploy and implement a global supply chain strategy, along with implementing those operational processes. This role requires experience in Supply Chain,Planning, Last Mile, Cross Border selling, Global selling, Duties & Taxes related to moving physical products globally, and eCommerce. Over time, this role will also drive partner strategies, and revenue from all developers and partners related to operations.

This role requires a significant passion and interest in understanding blockchain and decentralised business models.

What you will do:

• Complete accountability on the daily execution of the end-to-end supply chain workstreams
• Reach operational excellence in execution, performance, and costs
• Implement strong frameworks to develop, monitor and course correct operational KPIs & SLAs
• Expand fulfilment operations to meet the expectations of global shoppers for both shipping & post fulfilment
• Translate data into actionable dashboards and insights
• Work with 3rd party fulfilment setups and ERP systems to build integrations and connections
• Collaborate with Web3 experts to apply Web3 principles for architectural design and integration with external systems.
• Understand changing technology solutions that span mobile, e-commerce, returns management and other services to design comprehensive and meaningful consumer experiences that drive business results for global partners.
• Strong, dynamic collaboration with peers across Boson’s team and expanding ecosystem including engineering, product specialists, finance, BD legal, operations and marketing.
• Be a catalyst for good design, change and continuous learning.
• Bring your historic expertise in ecommerce with curiosity and openness as decentralised models and communities demand.
• Identifying opportunities to increase the reach and impact of Boson for its community and partners overall

The role open is for a long-term relationship, working predominantly remotely and you can expect to become an integral part of a diverse international team.

What experience you should have:

• Executive level experience with eCommerce skills, marketplace or ecosystem development experience is a plus
• Blockchain experience is desirable but not essential
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to make an impact
• Committed curiosity and hunger to learn and grow
• Cross border and global selling experience
• Complete Fulfilment lifecycle experience
• Technical product and integration experience is a plus
