We're looking for a talented junior Data Analyst (growth) to join the Delta team!

You'll be joining the data team and are the prime person to visualise and analyse our user data and define growth tactics. As such, you'll be responsible for retrieving relevant insights to base product & marketing decisions upon. You have a strong analytical background with a hunger to optimize product funnels and make Delta grow. You identify the opportunities most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and monetization. You assist in defining and running A/B tests to experiment on new initiatives and drive our growth.

You'll be working remotely or in our office in Ghent, Belgium. We're located right in the city center in a gorgeous historic building, which is pretty cool. Psst... no worries if you can't speak Dutch, we're used to communicating in English.

You'll be part of a start-up which is part of a big company (eToro). Which means you'll be working within the Delta start-up mentality, surrounded by lots of experience and the empowering structure of a bigger entity. Win-win!

What else? Delta is aiming to be one of the household names in fintech, so you'll be growing an app that is already used today by hundreds of thousands of dedicated investors, every day. We get lots of feedback and even more love from our users, which is really motivating and makes everybody here even more driven to keep adding value. Recently we’ve launched a full-fledged investment tracker that allows investors to keep tabs on their stocks, indices and even funds. Our main goal is to become one of the best and most-used platforms and a household name in the fintech space. If you're up for that challenge, you'll fit right in.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or other technical field or 3+ years equivalent technical work experience.
  • Experience doing quantitative analysis (preferably on a consumer facing digital product) and working collaboratively in a product team
  • Experience in defining, running and analysing A/B tests
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Streamlit, ...)
  • Experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions and communicating the results of analyses
  • “Can Do” attitude with excellent communication skills. Owning a problem doesn’t scare you, but rather empowers you to take 100% responsibility for achieving our mission
  • You have a sense of analysis and like to tackle wide ranged aspects of a topic
