We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the onboarding and launch of Blockchain gaming and Metaverse projects for the Seedify brand. In this role, you will need to own and drive the meeting with, evaluation of and signing up of quality projects to launch on our platform. In addition you will be responsible for expanding on our partner division and introducing them to our projects.
Seedify is a leader in the blockchain-gaming incubation and launchpad space and as such, we are looking for a highly talented, focused individual with strong execution and communication skills and solid experience.
Please do not apply if you don’t have any Crypto/blockchain experience, gaming experience is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
*Drive and take ownership of the client onboarding process from lead to signature including leading meetings and client communication.
*Ensure the best client experience through professional and friendly engagements and timeous feedback.
*Grow the Seedify partner network and ensure they add value to our projects.
*Work with the rest of the Business Development team to ensure that projects are evaluated thoroughly and only the best teams and projects are selected.
*Review Due Diligence reports and address any potential concerns with the project.
*Work closely with the Business Development specialists on a project by project basis.
*Evaluate a projects tokenomics and give suggestions to ensure a successful launch.
*Work closely with other areas of the business including Operations and Marketing.
*Address any client concerns or emergencies in a timeous fashion.
*Compile agreements and drive them to signature.
*Compile and manage weekly/monthly reports.
*Keep up to date on trends within the blockchain-gaming and metaverse space.
*Keep Business Development marketing material up to date.
*Access current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Qualifications:
*Solid, proven business development experience
*2 + years blockchain/crypto experience
*Advanced English
*Relevant degree or qualification
*Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills
*Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
*Experience at advising key stakeholders at senior and board level
*Blockchain gaming experience a big plus
