Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Performance Marketing Manager who enjoys working in a highly energetic blockchain-gaming, NFT and Metaverse environment, who will drive the Seedify marketing strategy and optimize marketing performance across paid social channels.

The talent in this role works closely with the marketing team members and implements our clients' marketing efforts. The primary focus of this role is implementing and overseeing Google, and social ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across a variety of channels.
• Measure, refine, & report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spending based on performance.
• Plan, execute, and measure tests across ad creative and landing pages to optimize conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test, and refine the end-to-end multi-channel user experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role
• Experience with pay per click digital media buying
• A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Google Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, test & refine
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent written and spoken English language
• Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines.
• Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
