That’s where you come in:Are you self-driven, motivated, and love to work with people? You are passionate about Staking and Passive Income? We are looking for a proactive In-House Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist with high standards of quality.

The position is fully remote, but restricted to CET +/- 6.

Optimally you can take the following responsibilities:

• Understand ongoing business & people needs of Staking Rewards
• Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles
• Drafting job specifications, managing responses, sourcing & screening candidates
• Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
• Reaching out to target talent via social networks
• Conduct candidate interviews, reference checking and offer management

You will find it easier to do your job if you have the following qualities. Needless to say, none of these qualities supersede your intellectual and professional curiosity:

• You have prior experience within talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with & influence candidates
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• You have strong knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies
