The Role:
Solutions Manager is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of/with new customers whilst helping existing customers on upsell/upgrade projects. Working closely with New Business to understand and validate the proposed solution prior to signing. Once approved, delivering on the mapped-out solution and managing changes that may occur. You would also work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure the customers are set up for success in the first 30/60/90 days and beyond. Our Solutions Leads are subject matter experts and are crucial in helping customers understand and realise the value of our solution.


Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our sales team to maximize sales opportunities and meet the needs of users;
  • Work closely with CIO/head of product in Fin-tech companies to understand their business and product needs with respect to Binance;
  • Work closely with product team/marketing/sales teams to develop and take forward product development；
  • Ensuring a full understanding of the proposed solution/workflow before a customer is signed;
  • Consulting and guiding potential customers, and tailoring each proposed solution according to the customer’s strategic and go-to market plans;
  • Debug complex issues by developing a deep understanding of APIs;
  • Helping to implement Broker API into customers and ensure changes to original workflow are understood internally and externally;
  • Contributing to our support documents to ensure they’re clear and accurate, and research and write new content to fill any gaps;
  • Helping to improve the technical knowledge of our sales team, coaching them on new developments within Currencycloud;
  • Keeping abreast of our competition, product development, and changes to the ecosystem.
    • Requirements：
  • 5-7 years working experience in APIs, tech pre-sales process and related integration solutions;
  • Possess working knowledge of the Payments industry, Fin-tech industry, FX etc.;
  • Ability to keep abreast of our competition, product development, and changes to the ecosystem;
  • Excellent customer service skills-ability to ensure customers’ views are represented in the company and drive continual improvement in user satisfaction;
  • Excellent communications skills and composition skills (written and verbal);
  • Excellent documentation skills to communicate/report all ideas/issues to the appropriate teams/departments;
  • Self-disciplined and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
