About Tafi and Daz 3D

Daz 3D empowers 3D artists and designers with a free, comprehensive software suite and a massive 3D marketplace with over 5 million inter-compatible assets for Daz Studio and other 3D applications. Daz 3D and Tafi have entered the NFT space with many collections releasing throughout the year.

Leveraging Daz technology, Tafi’s mission is to make personalized avatars, NFTs and branded digital content available to everyone who wants to level-up their digital personality. Partnering with mobile phone platforms and software applications, Tafi puts its world-class avatar content engine at our customers’ fingertips.

Director of Marketing

Location: Remote/Salt Lake City, Utah

Full Time, Permanent

Reports to the VP, Marketing

As a Director of Marketing your role will include working closely with the VP of Marketing to manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This will include overseeing brand marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, PR/Communications, among other areas, while at the same time supporting our Product team’s Product Marketing efforts and working with key client partners to lead in groundbreaking NFT projects to success.

Your Impact as a Director of Marketing

• Develop the Tafi NFT brand and presence, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to differentiate and establish a winning value proposition in the market
• Design and execute on full-scope marketing plans to drive user engagement across all platforms
• Own, plan, and execute an events/sponsorship budget and calendar that meets objectives for key brand and product objectives
• Partner with Production, Business Development, and Sales to capture and qualify leads, enhancing the ability for downstream teams to engage and execute with prospects and opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key collaborators work with them on promotional activities, content creation, and other opportunities
• Provide in-depth analysis measuring the success of campaigns/tools developing KPIs, communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in honing and developing brand identity, ensuring our brand platform and message is strong and consistent across all channels
• Launch collection experience
• Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workflow, and people
• Lead and direct a team of marketing professionals.

You Bring to Daz 3D and Tafi:

• 4+ years of marketing leadership experience
• B2B marketing experience with one or more of the following product/service offerings: creative services (e.g., creative agencies); developer-focused enterprise; blockchain, crypto, and/or NFTs
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
