A bit about the role:

You will be working closely with our Founders and board as you build out our investment function. You will have enormous autonomy to sculpt our IR practices and processes, taking full ownership over these processes when dealing with future equity and token funding rounds. What happens once you've established the IR function? You'll see yourself moving into Corp Dev, running mergers and acquisitions, building strategies that help Immutable grow and securing opportunities that increase the value of Immutable.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide an accurate account of company affairs and manage all investor reporting requirements
  • Present regularly to all current and future equity and token holders in a compelling way that is aligned with our brand and company narrative
  • Be the first point of contact for all equity or token holders, and respond to them promptly on all channels.
  • Proactively schedule regular check-ins with our investors
  • Work closely with our internal teams to deliver Board and investor requests promptly
  • Manage board scheduling, documentation and governance
  • Lead future equity and token funding rounds, including process management, proactive investor outreach, meeting agendas, allocation tracking, coordinating due diligence, transaction documentation etc

    • We would love you to have:

  • Experience working in a similar environment, where you have led discussions with senior stakeholders at a global level
  • Strong financial understanding and experience with presenting financial reports to investors
  • Capable of building out new investor networks
  • 10 years experience, ideally with one year at a VC or high growth tech firm
  • Interest in web3 / crypto.
  • Must have a passion for tech and insightful industry understanding. You will be an educator to our investors, so you must be able to stay up to date with the rapidly evolving industry and clearly use industry analogies and frameworks to explain our business.
