About the Role

As part of the expansion of the business we are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the firm’s products are administered and developed to the highest standards. This will involve working closely with the firm’s management, compliance and technology development functions. This role would allow the successful candidate to work in the heart of an integral part of the wider cryptocurrency ecosystem and drive data standards for the integration of cryptocurrency into the investment portfolios of institutions, corporations and individuals.


What you'll do:

  • Quantitatively analyse digital asset markets including cryptos, NFTs, yield, etc.
  • Develop new index products including design, testing, and evaluation
  • Manage the firm’s existing product suite with focus on robust and reliable processes
  • Enhance existing products and grow out the CFB IP stack to include different reference data sources, including on-chain blockchain data
  • Maintain and develop Index Metric Analysis
  • Collaborate with the firm’s technology development team to specify the build of new technology tools and infrastructure to facilitate product management and development
  • Ensure accurate documentation of methodologies and processes required to support new products
  • Design and implement audit processes to ensure adherence to policies
    • Who you are:
  • Education (PhD or MSc) from a top tier educational institution in a highly quantitative subject (Maths, Stats, Physics, Computer Science etc)
  • 5-10 years working experience as a Product Manager or as a Structuring or Quantitative Analyst at a top tier asset management or banking institution.
  • Strong numeracy skills and applied knowledge of statistics and econometrics
  • Strong written and graphical communication including an ability to articulate mathematical concepts
  • Ability to work with and analyse large data sets
  • Understanding and practical experience in financial products and structured products
  • Understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology a plus
  • Experience gained within an index provider or asset management firm a plus
  • Good working knowledge of data software - EXCEL, SQL, Python, Jupyter Notebooks
