Voyager is seeking product leadership to join a team of talented professionals with a mission to deliver a best-in-class platform that enables Crypto for All. This role will specifically lead product strategy, vision, growth, and delivery of Voyager’s Retail Payments product line. This position will report directly to the VP of Product and work closely with Engineering and Marketing leadership to develop strong partnerships and workflows.

Responsibilities will range from product vision and strategy, prioritization of initiatives and leadership of several product managers and owners. The role will require a hands-on leader, capable of being deeply involved in the product management and delivery side of the business, while simultaneously recruiting and building a team of highly skilled product managers.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience and involvement within payment card product offerings and maturity

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight for the direction of Voyager’s Retail Payments line of products
  • Management and leadership of product managers within the Retail Payments product group
  • Development of strong partnerships with engineering, business development, product design and marketing teams
  • Product line roadmapping, prioritization, and status reporting
  • Alignment to the overall Voyager business strategy and vision

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years working in a product management role, preferably financial services and payments
  • Proven success in leading people, preferably product managers
  • Executive level communication skills
  • Proven ability of leading cross-functional teams
  • External relationships and marketplace awareness
