BNB Chain is an EVM compatible blockchain with over 1,300 dApps deployed and over 1m daily active users (addresses). We are looking for a Web3 Project Growth Manager for our tech driven BNB Chain ecosystem. The successful candidate will join the innovative and rapidly evolving field to accelerate the growth of the most promising projects in our ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute key growth initiatives for top projects on BNB Chain
  • Proactively engage the most promising projects on BNB Chain, and work closely with them to accelerate their growth
  • Understand projects’ requirements and develop solutions in close interactions with our ecosystem partners and cross functional teams including tech, labs, marketing and research
  • Enable project growth through a mix of initiatives involving partnerships, ecosystem collaboration, marketing, research consultation, technical scaling/solutioning, funding facilitation, special projects and more
  • Enable successful deployment and integration of new projects on BNB Chain
  • Communicate frequently with project founders and meaningfully contribute to their growth plans
  • Suggest creative solutions to drive growth given the nascent and experimental nature of the web3 industry

    • Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience of working on a role relating to account management or incubation portfolio growth/management
  • Experience in defining and/or providing consultation on business strategies and growth plans to help projects scale their user base massively
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Able to diagnose problems and derive solutions to solve them efficiently
  • Good knowledge of web3 protocols and landscape (defi/gamefi/metaverse/infra), and understands tokenomics design
  • Understands the different aspects of a web3 business - from infrastructure to markets - such that you will have a comprehensive assessment of the strengths and gaps of a web3 project
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with presenting to C-level management, and able to build trusting relationships with project co-founders
  • Resourceful in finding solutions and a great team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or other related areas are a plus
  • Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, and natural team player
  • Business level English
