As a Senior Data Analyst you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing the essential KPIs, reports, and dashboards for financial projects, . You are a curious, imaginative and driven leader who has a real passion for diving into data to solve complex business problems. Your insights will guide game and live operations design to drive improved acquisition, retention, and monetization through partnerships with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering team members.

What we'll accomplish together:

  • Work closely with Data Analytics and Engineering team in the creation, tracking and exploration of KPIs that monitor the performance of supported projects
  • Use a hypothesis-driven approach to design and construct exploratory analysis
  • Work with the Data Engineering team to develop ETL solutions and ensure data integrity
  • Develop complex SQL queries to answers questions of large/complex datasets
  • Partner with the Marketing, Accounting, Engineering and Finance teams
  • Work to ensure the accuracy of financial data used for financial reporting
  • Own reporting of key financial data used for operational decision-making
  • Ensure financial dashboards are updated in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
  • Provide general financial data support to other key stakeholders within the finance team

    • A little about you:

  • Specialist in performing analysis, providing insights and constructing visualizations
  • BA/BS with 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business, consulting, or analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL with 5+ years of experience working with large data sets
  • Experience with Github, Terminal, development with various DBMS’s a plus
  • Tableau and other data visualization/BI experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments
  • A drive to understand the core issues and determination to uncover the solution
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
  • Experience in performing root-cause analysis on all data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in communicating complex quantitative concepts and solutions to stakeholders and partners
