About the Team:
The Finance function at Okcoin is responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, platform operations, customer support assistance, financial reporting, cost management, and financial infrastructure support to drive the overall growth of the business.
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Treasurer, Treasury Manager or other lead Treasury role. You will work directly with the Global Head of Finance and partner with various functional areas to take ownership of the treasury process for the company, monitor capital requirements, facilitate inter and intra company activity, support regulatory reporting, facilitate custodial balances, and other misc finance operations. You should feel comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, initiate changes and improvements to your areas of responsibility with the end goal of providing excellent support to all the functional teams across the Company.

You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll drive results and significantly grow and improve on our treasury function.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage day to day movement of cash across (global) bank accounts
  • Responsible for all aspects of international iash & liquidity management, cashflow forecasting, working capital management, and foreign exchange.
  • Act as liaison between the company and banks, bank administration (managing the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts and signature levels).
  • Work with the global team to manage and reconcile custodial balances from clients.
  • Ensure adequate liquidity, payment, and receipt of funds.
  • Create month-end Treasury reports.
  • Monitor company funds to ensure all capital requirements are maintained.
  • Evaluate, maintain, and improve the Treasury control framework and processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of the capital injection process, as it relates to equity issuance.
What We Look For In You:
  • BS or BA in Finance or Economics.
  • 6+ years years of experience in a Treasury role at a corporate or financial services firm.
  • Proficiency with online Banking platforms, (optional) a Treasury Management System, and payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, GIRO, ACH, etc.
  • Working knowledge of foreign exchange markets, including cross-currency rates, trading concepts (no trading experience required), fundamental FX margin mathematics.
  • Strong understanding of wire and payment processing, and cash/liquidity management in a multi-currency Treasury environment
  • Exposure to the concepts of safeguarding, stock forecasting, and reconciliations.
  • Self-starting problem solver, able to self-identify and execute new tasks as they emerge, and solve problems proactively to full completion without significant direction.
  • The skillset to work within the demands of a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Financial technology industry experience.
