About the team:
Prime product team is a specialized team focusing on delivering trading products to institutional clients within crypto world. We work closely with the sales team to identify potential client requirements, analyze the product gap and then propose ideas and solutions. By leveraging the wide range of product offerings and deep liquidity on existing platform, we aim to build an eco-system friendly to institutional clients, grow the business further and generate more volume.
The team is globally distributed, but the core hub is in Hong Kong. All team members are equipped with extensive experience and knowledge from the financial service industry, as well as with diverse backgrounds and nationalities.

Your responsibilities:
  • Discover and identify institutional clients’ requirements on crypto asset products, analyze the gap and propose solutions to build a new product suite for the clients. Develop the PRD necessary to communicate your findings to the team and engineering.
  • Design crypto asset trading products as well as the back-end service, user experience and new business model, participating in the whole lifecycle of this platform from project establishment to launch
  • Create the short- and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the product lifecycle, competitive environment and resource structure
  • Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods
  • Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments
  • Analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan
Requirements:
  • A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
  • Experiences in designing or trading financial products, i.e. in banks, funds or other institutions, preferably with knowledges of OTC and derivative products
  • Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
  • 3+ years of product manager experience, preferably from a bank, technology, or blockchain company
  • Bachelor’s degree of relevant discipline or above
  • Ability to think logically, work in a team and com
