At Forte, we’re building economic technology for games. Our end-to-end platform enables the emergence of community economics, a system where the interests of game developers and players are aligned, leading to healthier, sustainable game communities. Our team is composed of longtime industry members (Unity, ngmoco, Riot Games, Electronic Arts, Sony, and Rockstar Games, among others), and is currently working with over 20 acclaimed game developers from across the industry to reimagine the economics of games. We recently raised $185M in our Series A, and we’re looking for top talent to join our growing team.
We’re looking for an exceptionally organized and diligent Director of Operations with a track record of managing cross-functional projects in a scaling business. You will play a key role in driving growth and business success across the organization. You are excited to gain exposure to a wide range of different problem spaces -- spanning tech/gaming, blockchain, and economics.
Requirements
In this role, you will...
- Lead overall sales operations and business operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive key operational initiatives
- Ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, through streamlined workflows, regular reporting, and a relentless focus on business objectives
- Build the overall process to enable end-to-end project management, and lay the foundation for future growth and scale across the organization
- Partner with functional teams to problem-solve complex business challenges in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Directly contribute to the success of initiatives that have organization-wide impact, whether it’s enabling operational support for large enterprise partnerships globally, or working with internal business units to drive operational effectiveness.

- Experience owning a process or system and thinking critically about ways to make it even better
- Strong interpersonal communications skills, exceptional judgment and poise, and the ability to build trust and effectively work across all levels of the organization

- High-growth or early-stage startup experience
