P2P Innovation Hub is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the new initiatives and build the product from scratch. This will be an exciting opportunity to explore the P2P/crypto adoption into everyday life and together with the team you will build one-of-a-kind innovative products to make a real difference in people’s life. To succeed in this role, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset, and you are a well experienced, data driven, and problem-solver with a passion for the crypto industry, ideally tech-savvy and with a payment background.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product strategy and drive requirements to provide software solutions
  • Work closely with business development, technical team, design team, risk, compliance, big data team and etc
  • Conduct competitor analysis, collect and analyze feedback from merchants, customers and other stakeholders, consolidate them into requirements, features and products
  • Professional and detailed PRD writing Track and push development and testing progress.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to improve our products and services
  • Ability to advise and evaluate both operation and engineering decisions

    • Requirements:

  • 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager
  • Must have product management experience in the internet industry for at least 3 years
  • Payment or banking experience is a plus
  • Familiar with payment systems and products with hands-on skills and problem-solving capability
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile frameworkGood skills in PRD.
  • Data driven experience is a plusExcellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitudeInternational experience, especially in developing regions
  • Fluent in English
