Mobile app developer (React Native)

Tasks

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer (React Native) for Neco, the cryptocurrency for the common good. In your role as a frontend developer for our impact-driven startup, you will be responsible for the design, development and test of the Neco app (web and mobile apps for iOS and Android). The Neco app is our mobile banking app for payment in the Neco cryptocurrency and integrates with Stackchain, our carbon-neutral Blockchain Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). Experience with UI/UX design and website development is a plus.

Requirements

Experience

• Development experience: 5 years or more (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Expertise in UI/UX design and web development (HTML, CMS)
• Blockchain and crypto experience (Bitcoin, Ethereum, smart contracts, encryption)
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and deployment (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with Web API development (REST, JSON)
• Ability to write efficient, secure code (unit, performance and security testing)
• Experience with agile development (Scrum)
• Prior experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
