As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will drive the Data Science org’s recruiting strategy and execution. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition.

You will:

  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best technical talent to TRM.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical roles and teams.
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
  • Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
  • Continuously improve our recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of our hiring.

You bring:

  • Experience recruiting and building entire cross-functional teams, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Knowledge and strong intuition around recruiting best practices and remote hiring.
