Community Support

Our client is looking for a Community Support Manager to join their team. This position combines marketing, product, and community into a unified strategy to identify participants and construct positive feedback loops. You’ll be instrumental in establishing and promoting a great culture of innovation, empathy, and authenticity.

Requirements:

• 2+ yrs. of experience in community or social media management.

• You’re familiar with the companies, products, and customers of decentralized software, blockchain, cryptocurrency, etc.

• Able to take complex concepts (like DAOs or NFTs) and decoding them into relatable stories, so people have an “A-ha Moment.”

• Have pride writing quickly, accurately, and oozing with personality.

• Be a people person who loves making connections and bringing more people into the conversation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an online personality and help our client speak with a consistent voice across all our media.

• Create engaging content in various formats (e.g., text, images, videos, virtual events) and across multiple channels (e.g., Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Discord).

• Nerd out on growth metrics but stay creative and experiment with new ideas.

• Talk to tons of interesting people, take the time to understand their needs, and champion them throughout the organization.

• Stay up on current events and trends to keep conversations fresh and relevant.

• 10% of this position will be organizing local events - staffing monthly meetups, organizing panel discussions.
