Binance are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Data Protection PM - Analyst to support our Project Manager within our Data Protection team. This team will work closely with several departments and will be integral in ensuring that project deliverables are met in time and to a high standard, to mitigate risks and develop strategies to manage them.


Responsibilities

  • Review and clarify the project charter requirements to fully understand the scope and objectives
  • Work with business owners to understand the current As-Is processes/ capabilities
  • Work with business owners, project manager, sponsor (DPO), legal and other key stakeholders to document the To-Be requirements
  • Present how the To-Be requirements help to support the Data Protection Program vision
  • Support estimation of time and resources required to achieve the project objectives
  • Support the definition of project activities, activity sequence and critical path
  • Support the project manager to document and assess project risks and develop strategies to manage them
  • Support/ manage minor work streams/ project initiatives
  • Maintain records to support the project (and audits where necessary)
  • Create project status reports and similar progress communications
  • Support the Project Manager as required in the delivery of the projects
  • Support the Program Manager as required in the delivery of the Data Protection Program

  • Experience defining requirements/ activities in new ventures or start-ups
  • Experience in GDPR data protection projects
  • Experience of building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of global projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Proactive, self-starter who requires minimal support
  • Personable, articulate, respectful of cultural differences
  • Please note that this is a contract position
