Product Manager

The Role

As our Product Manager you’ll lead the charge in delivering successful products that continue to put Gala Games at the forefront of a burgeoning industry.

We need hardworking, analytical and creative individuals to join our Product Management team to work across the company with our business, technology, analytics and creative teams. Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with Design and Engineering teams to deliver innovative products
• Growing the business Gala Games while encouraging excitement and anticipation throughout our community.
• Working with teams across the company to identify urgent needs and prioritize those needs effectively.
• Identifying new product ideas that can tap into new markets and drive revenue growth.
• Being a cross-functional leader and rallying different teams around product ideation and delivery.
• Helping determine product strategy for delivery, rollouts, and long-term roadmapping.
• Managing globally located teams / team members.

Exercise experience as a Product Manager by:

• Defining product roadmaps for large projects.
• Defining and prioritizing engineering deliverables.
• Successfully launching large scale projects with measurable results.
• Building the correct products for the proper users based on user experience feedback.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Availability between 07:00 and 15:00 PST for working hours
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Minimum 2-5 Years experience in a Product Management role or similar experience working on both strategic and tactical sides of Product Management.
• Experience with Analytics Tools is a plus
• Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.
• Being a “go getter”. Our Product Managers must exert the ability to find what needs to be done and then execute accordingly.
• Ability to keep up with a fast paced business and rapidly changing priorities.
• A relationship builder who can work collaboratively and constructively with others.
• Experience writing software requirements including epics, tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Creative thinking skills and an aptitude for problem solving.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and gain skills as part of the job.
