The Role

Mirandus is looking for an experienced senior producer to collaborate with our art team and help guide them on our development journey.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for assisting the art team in creating plans for development objectives and helping to organize and drive the execution of those plans.
  • Additionally, you will help nurture and grow a group of artists and be a pivotal contributor to keeping the team healthy and happy.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Senior or Lead Producer
  • Drive art objectives and pipeline development
  • Coordinate with all disciplines to help art execute their plans
  • Work closely with other producers and directors to create projects and roadmaps
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple art teams
  • Identify and resolve development challenges that arise
  • Communicate status, risks, and opportunities
  • Create, implement and maintain processes and workflows

Nice-to-have Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Agile and other software development methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Favro
  • Comfortable with working remotely on a full-time basis.
  • Self-starter with proactive attitude
  • MMO and RPG experience a big plus
  • Experience with Unity
