Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire forecasting and budgeting process. Work closely with Business Heads to ensure quality of forecasts and budgets.
• Drive improvements in financial and spend-efficient growth
• Monitor and analyse operating unit financial results. Proactively identify potential business performance issues and opportunities for improvement and work with Business Leaders to initiate improvement plans and corrective actions
• Prepare managerial financial report, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis, highlighting trends and variances in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Identify areas of improvement in FP&A processes and systems, make recommendations and drive implementations

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting or related discipline. An advanced Degree (Masters) and/or Professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus
• A minimum of 10 years’ track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis. Experience in an MNC is a plus
• Autonomous self-starter. Capable of driving results without constant direction. Have a professional-growth mindset and be willing to bring forth innovative ideas and methods
• Excellent analytical skills to process voluminous data, interpret trends, establish high-quality insights and business implications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to compose and present reports, findings and presentations with a keen attention to detail
• Able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, excellent in collaborating with a diverse range of people and job functions
• Strong computer and analytical skills are essential, good working experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
• Strong in English and Chinese is a must; both verbal and written
