Make a difference by,

• Being a part of the core team building an industry defining global DeFi platform
• Help build, refine and execute global expansion strategy
• Build and manage global relationships and partnerships with L1/L2 ecosystem teams, protocols (DeFi etc), CEXs/DEXs, ICO/IDO platform amongst others,
• Help define GTM amongst global customers/community through direct channels and through co-marketing deals with relevant industry players while getting exclusive access to communities
• Ultimately drive global customer/community engagement and adoption
• Build a global Crypto-native team including OGs from the ecosystem

• Love for Crypto and Technology

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 3 to 4yrs of Crypto Industry experience. Experience with private Blockchain companies or large scale tokens is a plus

• Sound knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem across protocols/chains and use-cases. Ability to understand emerging industry trends and influence product roadmap.

• Established track record achieving quantitative targets and building business relationships. Self-driven, strong team player with entrepreneurial mindset

• Demonstrated analytical skills, business acumen, proven ability to partner and cross-team collaboration

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast changing environment

• Strong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and accountability
