The role
As a core member of our Engineering team, you will also be responsible for providing product support, general or technical with a focus primarily on our newly released API and Mobile application. As this is a hybrid Support/Solutions Engineer role, wherein you will have contact with clients, you should have a keen interest in Crypto and Finance and be comfortable working with institutional clients. This is an opportunity to work on solving some of the hardest problems in Institutional Crypto & Finance.
Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for API for our top clients
  • Analytics/KPIs for Product team to measure product success
  • Automation tools for Product and Sales teams
  • Support onboarding and implementation for new clients
  • Perform root cause analysis and debugging

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience with one or more of the following: REST and Websocket APIs, Python, React
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to work independently. We do not believe in micromanagement.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated with passion for the success of the customer and proven capability to develop key relationships
  • Tangible API Integration and Support experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting business critical applications
  • Comfortable using GIT.
  • Familiar with Crypto Exchange APIs.
  • Experience in Crypto trading and or derivatives.
  • Experience working with Trading platforms.
