Product Manager - Identity

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will direct the product strategy and help craft OKRs for our Identity Squad. This team owns both the initial onboarding and ongoing user management capabilities that enable end users (like you) to access Paxos products across our business lines.

This product is composed of both client facing APIs and the internal processes that ensure we can balance a quick and seamless onboarding process with meeting our KYC/KYB and other regulatory obligations at scale. You will be responsible for defining and driving execution of our roadmap to accelerate our growth.

As a Product Manager you'll get to:

• Define the product strategy for, and own the end-to-end lifecycle for key capabilities that enable us to onboard end users at scale
• Mobilize a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders (Engineering, Compliance, Operations) to ensure alignment with business and regulatory objectives and achieve our OKRs
• Engage with other PMs across our business lines to identify opportunities for Identity to unlock or extend our suite our product suite
• Lean on your leadership and communication skills to drive action across technical, commercial and regulatory stakeholders
• Contribute to the continued growth of our product team culture and processes

Your experience should include:

• 2+ years experience in a Product Management role, ideally in a platform or B2B software oriented role
• A track record of defining and delivering on high growth client-facing products
• A history of working closely with, and building bridges between cross-functional enablement teams (Compliance, Operations, etc.) to successfully incorporate a diverse set of requirements

You might also have:

• Technical-literacy (i.e. you can converse with engineers on API docs)
• Strong business and policy acumen that enables you to see the bigger picture
• Knowledge of either individual or institutional “know-your-customer”(KYC) and AML processes
• Intellectual curiosity about new products, businesses and technologies
• Eagerness to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
