We are looking for a consumer-focused product leader to help manage product on the Dapper Platform team.

The ideal candidate is compelled by the applications and opportunities of blockchain technologies, the future of payments and is enthusiastic about bringing the benefits of decentralization to a global consumer audience. We are looking for an innovative and inspirational product leader that has led consumer-facing applications and services at scale.

What we’ll accomplish together:

Bring together product development teams to craft and communicate a product vision and shared set of priorities, which meet the most important needs of our customersManage and work directly with product managers, helping to coordinate and unblock their efforts and develop their professional skills on a day-to-day basisInvest in strong product development processes that lead to innovation and foster a high-performing team.Build strong, collaborative relationships across engineering, design, and operations at the team and cross-org levelsPartner with leaders in marketing, payments, compliance, customer success and communications to ensure our vision, product, and progress is well understood

A little about you:

Demonstrated product leadership experience, with a focus on leading consumer-driven apps and services at a mass audience scale.A deep prior history of experience as a product manager that demonstrates a career progression of greater scope and responsibility as time has progressed.Direct experience with applications that have served millions of concurrent users is a plus.Deep experience developing and mentoring product managers.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, matched with the ability to tell a story with the data.
