What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Work closely with product managers and engineering team to build technical solutions and automate integrations between Workday and other Enterprise Applications
  • Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings and designs to support the entire integration deployment lifecycle
  • Provide guidance on leading practices to integrate Workday and other systems through Web services, Resltlets and other methods
  • Design and build scalable workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors
  • Develop and execute test plans for defined features; develop unit and integration test scripts
  • Create technical artifacts like Tech Design Docs, Architecture Diagrams and Runbooks
  • Reproduce and fix productions issues depending on severity
  • Own the DevOps cycle from Dev to PROD
  • Participate in agile ceremonies standups, story planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Balance needs for functional and non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, security and observability etc.)

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in supporting enterprise scale HR platforms like Workday, Oracle etc.
  • 3+ years of experience with Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java/Go Lang and SQL
  • 2+ years experience in building integrations with Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors
  • Knowledge of HR business processes - Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits etc.
  • Experience developing Workday calculated fields and custom reports
  • Engineering experience with SOAP and REST API based integrations with middleware platforms like MuleSoft/Workato and SaaS applications like Greenhouse, NetSuite, Anaplan, Snowflake etc.
  • Consistent record of building security-led highly reliable systems, meeting non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, supportability, interoperability)
  • Experience in creating technical artifacts like Tech Spec, Design Documents and Architecture Diagrams
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub and overall DevOps process
  • Hands on experience with operating in sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum development framework
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrate proactiveness to take up broader org level initiatives to improve overall processes
  • Clear communication and ability to create order out of chaos

Nice to haves:

  • At Least one full implementation of Workday with demonstrated technical expertise
  • Workday certification
  • Knowledge of AWS, Airflow and MuleSoft
  • Passionate about the crypto economy.
