As Ecosystem Growth Manager, you will get to:

• Plan and organise virtual and physical events for the Argent community, including user meetups, hackathons, workshops, and side events at large-scale conferences
• Be the voice and first point of contact for our community of users across our social media channels, including Twitter, Discord and others
• Plan and organise creative community engagement programs, including loyalty schemes, events and more
• Plan co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to help raise awareness of our mission, new innovation, educational messages and more
• Work closely with our business development team to develop and enhance our relationships with dapps across the StarkNet and Zksync ecosystem

Your experience should include:

• A strong knowledge and passion for crypto, specifically Layer 2 scaling solutions, like StarkNet and Zksync, as well as the importance of self-custody
• Strong organisation, process-driven and a self-starter attitude. You think strategically, build roadmaps, build scalable process, execute and repeat
• Being creative and thinking outside the box, but understanding that execution is what really matters

You might also have:

• Experience working in ecosystem growth & community management for a crypto project or consumer fintech
• Existing relationships in the crypto space, and a strong presence on Twitter
• You’re already an Argent user
