Coinmetro, a highly innovative, fast paced crypto-company is looking to expand their marketing team. With a growth of 1000% on most of our metrics, 2021 has been our best year as of yet. Not only in terms of growth, but also in regards of the changes we have been going through, quickly maturing from a crypto start-up to the scale-up phase we are currently in.

With more than 60 employees working at Coinmetro, we want to continue our growth in 2022 and our compliance department is looking for enthusiastic individuals who would like to be part of the new financial systems.

Main responsibilities

• Strong data processing skills and experience with data tools (Google analytics, Mixpanel, etc)
• Setup, optimize and report on funnels and customer lifecycle journeys
• Follow up on general day to day Growth tasks
• Help coordinate the procurement for marketing campaigns with other teams (Growth, Marketing, Product)
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Workflows, etc)
• Manage Landing Page creation and design software (LeadPages)
• Developing creative ideas and identify new strategies to generate leads

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in Growth role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Quick learner, good ability to adapt to cross functional projects (Growth, Data, Marketing,Product, Tech)
• Experience with marketing campaigns (Paid/ Organic/ Lifecycle)
• Experience and good understanding of marketing and tech integrations
• Solid understanding of Tech, Marketing and Analytics
