Your Impact
The Support Operations role is responsible for helping ClubRare’s overall operations and support teams be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to their community and partners.
Web3 is a very fast pace, and there will be many moving parts. Being flexible and organized is extremely important in this role.
The primary job of the Support Operations staff is to create an environment for the support team in which they can do their best work and not be distracted or delayed by problems with tooling, processes, or logistics.
The Support Operations role works with the internal staff — the community engagement team, the operations and support team themselves, and sales leaders.
Responsibilities
- Some ecom background VERY preferred.
- Some crypto background required
- Community / Customer support - Fielding day to day customer/community inquiries
- Communication liaison for support tickets - creating and making progress on tickets
- Shipping support - creating labels & working with our account reps on any support issues
- Managing and Improving the CRM, Hubspot for both sales and support
- Experience with a CRM and updating automated outreach sequences
- Implementing improvements to business development sales funnel improvements
- Onboarding new partners
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for common situations
- Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data from the customer service and sales functions
Requirements
- Has experience using a web3 wallet
- You have experience in E-commerce and working in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to an audience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong aptitude for business math and numerical reasoning, and creative problem solving
- Adaptable/flexible – able to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Be tech savvy and a fast learner
