Senior GTM Recruiter

As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will drive the Sales and Marketing orgs’ recruiting strategy and execution. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition. 

You will:

• Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best go-to-market talent to TRM.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of Sales, Marketing and general business roles and teams.
• Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
• Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
• Continuously improve our recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of our hiring.
