UX/UI Designer at Jet Protocol:

Jet is building the next generation of fixed rate lending and margining in DeFi and we are looking for a UX/UI Designer. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with strategy team on concept and planning of features and products
• Craft user flows, wire frames, and rapid prototypes for quick validation and iterative product design
• Design and maintain Jet’s design system
• Create high fidelity prototypes of new app features and interactions
• Prepare and conduct user testing for early validation of products and features
• Prepare files for engineer hand-off and work closely with engineering manager on design audits
• Maintain Jet brand and sub-brands, evolve Jet’s visual identity, maintain brand guides and media kits
• Work closely with marketing on graphics as needed
• Video/animation/3D/illustration skills a plus

You should apply to this role if ALL of the following apply to you:

• 3-5 years of experience UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Versed in the following: Figma, Adobe CC (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) and Webflow
• Excited to solve problems efficiently, simply, and with utmost quality
• Excited to get into the nitty gritty of the Solana blockchain and the Jet Protocol Products
• Good written and verbal skills
• Excited to work collaboratively with teams to solve problems

You are an exceptional candidate for this role if you have:

• Experience working working in the DeFi space
• Experience working closely with an engineering team
