Regional Community Specialist - Surabaya (Contract - Based)

At PINTU, We are building the #1 crypto investment platform to focus on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies with one click away.

We’re looking for a Regional Community Specialist (Bandung) to join our Community team, to organize and execute both online & offline events for Pintu’s community.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Build, grow, and manage relationships with partners such as Universities / Local Communities.
• Assist in executing various online/offline regional community events to grow the PINTU’s community.
• Work together with 3rd parties and vendors to execute events.
• Execute engaging activations to acquire users during the events.
• Support educational initiatives related to crypto/blockchain / web3 in local communities.
• Organize and implement community campaigns and track results on new user growth and user activation.

Who We Are Looking For

• Surabaya-based is a must.
• At least 1-2 years of experience to handle community events or activations.
• Having a high curiosity and passion for the cryptocurrency industry will be a plus.
• Adaptive to flexible work and remote collaboration.
• Able to creatively think of and execute activities for community members.
• Positive vibes, able to think on their feet and make decisions on the go as situations arise.
