The Technical Recruiting Team is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager, Engineering to join and help us scale our technical organizations. We are searching for a strategic partner to the business who can take pride and ownership in running world-class Talent teams and providing stellar experiences to stakeholders both internal and external.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, Engineering, you’ll get to:

  • Manage a crafty team of Talent Partners, while also playing a big role in defining unique and scalable recruitment strategies and procedural rigor
  • Oversee individual and team performance expectations, KPIs, and day-to-day TA operations
  • Drive hiring process and procedural evolution, and participate in employer branding, interview training, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively
  • Develop strategic and effective relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role and how it fits within the overall organization
  • Provide thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics and understand how to prioritize to hit hiring targets
  • Help define, design and implement robust search strategies to build diverse pipelines for active roles and future roles yet to be approved
  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate experience and engagement
  • Ensure quality over quantity - you are a true hiring partner obsessed with helping Paxos to win
  • Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach and more!

Your experience should include:

  • At least 7 years of in-house recruiting experience at a fast-growing company with a high bar for talent
  • 2+ years of experience growing and managing top performing TA teams
  • The ability to be an exceptional storyteller
  • Deep expertise of the technical talent landscape as well as best in class practices to attract techies across the global talentscape
  • Best in class fluidity working with recruiting data and a deep understanding of what a healthy recruiting funnel looks like
