Finance Manager

Major responsibilities

1. Financial reporting

• Maintain accounting book and prepare monthly reporting package based on HQ office instructions;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting GAAP
• Work together with tax consultants to prepare and submit tax returns on time;
• Work together with auditors to prepare annual financial reports and submit filings on time;
• Maintain accounting system in local office;
• Review/Process all the payments of the company.

2. Budget and Analysis

• Assist in preparation of company‘s budget. Forecast and execute budgetary control.
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual analysis.

3. Policy and Procedure

• Ensure company’s financial and accounting procedures in compliance with the group policy, as well as local statutory requirements.
• Make proper retention of documents with local tax office, business licenses, statistics, bookkeeping.

4. Operation

• Review local contracts initiated by local office in particular on the payment terms. Assess tax implication of the contracts；
• Work with operation and compliance team to ensure the compliance of local rules and regulations.

5. Clearing and Settlement

• Understand the process of clearing and settlement;
• Reconcile the account balances in the system with accounting book.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration) is a must;
• Good knowledge of local accounting GAAP， Certified Public Accountant is a plus;
• Fluent Mandarin communication is a plus;
• Minimum three (3) years of experience at relevant positions;
• Familiar with local laws and regulations;
• Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting software, payroll procedures, and management systems;
• Familiar with local tax structure and capable of identifying tax implication of commercial transactions;
• Good ability of logic analysis and communication skills;
• A team player, able to work under pressure.
