Infrastructure Engineer

We aim to bring premier Bitcoin banking solutions that offer a full array of financial services to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to lead key efforts as we scale our systems. This role will involve automating the provisioning of physical servers, scaling kubernetes clusters, designing internal networks, implementing gitops, and helping lead our efforts to build the most reliable and secure financial infrastructure in the world.

What you will be doing

• Building the systems that power the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of our software services
• Leading projects to improve availability, reliability and scalability across our infrastructure
• Creating and executing on disaster recovery plans
• Participating in on-call rotations
• Shaping the culture of the infrastructure organization for years to come

What we look for in you

• You have at least 4 years experience in a DevOps, Infra and/or SRE role
• You have experience running Kubernetes in production
• You have hands-on coding ability
• You have experience with GCP
• You take ownership of the systems you build
• You have experience developing solutions to ambiguous problems
• You're excited about what we are building at River
