Why Coinhouse needs you?

Our tech & product teams are growing fast!

You will play a key role in optimizing quality at Coinhouse by identifying and proposing ways to improve the quality process (reliability, coverage and performance) .

You already have a first experience as a QA lead: we are looking for a person to accompany Marie to triple the QA pole by the end of the year: We will have 7 squads by the end of the year and therefore a QA engineer for each squad as well as 2 leads to stay outside of the squads (to be able to continue to increase the competence of more junior profiles)

At the end, you promote the QA and you are focused on improving the test process in the company associated with the product and the development team.

We have chosen to organize ourselves in scrum methodology and in squad.

• You inspire the development process to be efficient and effective

• You work closely with the software team to improve the programs

• You create robust tests to identify software problems

• You analyze bugs and errors found in the test

• You report the results of the test to the software development team

• You define and recommend improvements to the software to enhance the user's experience

Main technos and stack

• Front: React, Typescript

• Back : Ruby ( and NodeJS soon)

• Mobile: React Native

• Infra: AWS, Docker, K8S, Ansible

• Testing tools: Gherkin, Cucumber , Jest

• CI : Drone CI

And Who are you?

• Curious, crafty, detail-oriented

• Problem solving mindset

• User centric

• Understanding of QA development tools and test frameworks

• Experience in manual / automation testing

• Looking to learn and share their knowledge with their peers

Nice to have : an interest in the best development practices such as TDD, BDD, SOLID, clean code etc ..

Processus

• First call with Marie or Fabien, our team of tech recruiters (45 min)

• a little QCM on the Codingame platform (20 min)

• A pairing testing session with Ayoub, our senior QA engineer (1h)

• A meeting with Alexandre, our CTO (1h)
