What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Work closely with product managers to analyze new requirements, build solutions and resolve production issues across Salesforce and legal contract management tools such as IronClad and Docusign.
  • Perform complex data analysis and create appropriate exception reporting for stakeholders across Compliance and Legal.
  • Manage vendor relationships by actively identifying bugs and providing feedback to address gaps.
  • Be the point person for incidents pertaining to Legal platform tools.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to build/support integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and fix production issues based on severity and work with other teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test scripts.
  • Learn and support new Compliance and Legal platforms.
  • Prepare artifacts like detail designs, tech specs, data flow diagrams and business architecture diagrams.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 4+ years of experience in supporting Salesforce in admin capacity.
  • 3 years experience in supporting contract management tools that work in conjunction with Salesforce for Sales, Legal or HR.
  • Past experience managing vendor relationships with two or more appExchange products.
  • Past experience interfacing and managing priorities across two or more business units.
  • Experience in creating technical artifacts like Tech Spec, Model Map Diagrams and Business Architecture Diagrams.
  • Hands on experience with operating in sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate proactiveness to take up broader org level initiatives to improve overall processes.
  • Clear communication and ability to create order out of chaos.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience organizing email campaigns ideally involving integrations with Salesforce.
  • Experience working in an async environment with team members spread across various US time zones.

Notice for Colorado applicants as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20). Target annual salary for this role performed in Colorado, is $127,075 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
