The Role

As Alchemy's first Growth Marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing and growth efforts within the company. This position is essential — as our company and user base continues to grow at a rapid pace, we're looking to find a rock-star growth marketer who will take the lead on our various growth efforts. Some of the various initiatives will include: developing and running various ad campaigns, implementing internal analytics to make external decisions, understanding our key growth vectors and how to optimize them, and much more. You'll be working closely with our world-class product, engineering, design, and sales teams to drive the launch and adoption of products that serve millions of users globally today.
The ideal candidate brings experience in this role for high growth start-ups and has some interest in crypto. Additionally, this person shows a combination of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead growth marketing efforts across various external channels in order to drive customer growth
  • Establish, track, and optimize KPI’s across all channels and take data-driven action to increase performance month over month
  • Develop, run, and analyze ad campaigns across multiple platforms with an emphasis on data-driven decisions
  • Implement and run an external content analytics system, which will be used to make quantitative decisions on which growth vectors to pursue
  • Run A/B testing on various product features, campaign messages, lead funnels, and more to increase prospective lead conversion and up developer retention rate

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Growth Marketer at one or multiple high-growth companies
  • 2+ years of technical/analytical/quantitative work experience
  • Hands on experience with SEO, keyword optimizations, ad campaign platforms, and other growth analytic tools
  • Leadership abilities to establish, manage, and grow a crucial team within the company
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and write about highly technical topics, for both general and technical audiences
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience at early stage startups is a large plus
  • Technological background a plus
  • Passion for blockchain technologies a plus
