Support is conducted via the ticketing system and a live chat/phone call and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.
Support will be in Korean and English, that's why we are looking for candidates with proficiency in both languages.

Proficient in English & Korean. Other languages would be of a great advantage, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders in the company
