Product Operations- Full time (different shifts available)

At Rpay we are building the platform to erase economic boundaries worldwide. Our goal is to make global essential financial services universally accessible, such as a stable currency account, cross-border payments, international card for spending, and more. In the long term, we aim to become the global financial platform for regular people to connect with each other.

In our initial phase, we have already proven one of the major real-world use cases of crypto. Through our P2P digital wallet app, we already serve thousands of regular people in Latin America by providing them with an easy and safe way to save & spend stablecoins in a fast and cost-efficient way.

We are looking for high performers to join our Product Operations Team, which is responsible for implementing the back-office operation of the Reserve App and ensuring our users receive high-quality support.

This team is for people who are proactive and have strong customer service skills and effective communication with staff. We value self-starters, problem-solvers, and collaborators.

Being a remote, user-support-oriented role, it is required that you have appropriate home-office conditions, with adequate equipment, privacy, power stability, and Internet service good enough to participate in video calls with good audio 99% of the time, and with your camera on at least 50% of the time.

Full-time positions only

• Work weeks: variable (5-day work week)
• Shift times: Venezuela Time Zone
  • 12:00 am to 6:30 am (overnight)
  • 12:00 pm to 6:30 pm (afternoon)
  • 6:00 pm to 12:30 am (evening)

Requirements

• Leadership capacity to solve service challenges

• Offer support and solutions to users in accordance with the company's user support policies

• Follow up with users to ensure their issues are resolved
• Help set up and manage new user accounts
• Help complete users trade efficiently
• Run AML / KYC compliance checks
• Maintain user and transaction databases
• Inform users about new features and functionalities of our product
• Detect and report product malfunctions
• Gather user feedback and share it with our Product and Communications teams
• Assist in training new team members
