Role summary

We are looking for a Product Operations Associate to join our DeFi team to coordinate updates and requests from stakeholders. This is a great entry level position for someone to learn operations and project coordination of running one of the largest finance apps in the world. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members in order to grow DeFi offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate releases of products and features
  • Work with different stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Improve upon existing process
  • Review escalated issues from the user community and escalate to appropriate stakeholders

Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate well with people at all levels
  • Familiar with spreadsheets and basic data tracking tools
  • An analytical and data-driven work style
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
  • At least 2 years of project coordination experience or equivalent. We are looking for candidates at multiple seniority levels
