Creative Lead

At PINTU, We are building the #1 crypto investment platform to focus on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.

We’re looking for a Creative Lead who will be part of Design and Creative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible to you will work together with marketing, external contractors, and other internal division to strategize, and create visually appealing, high-quality creative outputs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and set creative standards, directions, and goals for the creative team (graphic designers, videographers, animators, photographers, and 3d artists).
• Oversee all creative projects and be responsible for the overall output quality.
• Work together with marketing, external contractors, and other internal division to strategize, and create visually appealing, high-quality creative outputs.
• Make sure that all creative projects follows pintu brand guideline, and are done within the expected timeline.
• Keeping pace with the competition, crypto trends, and design trends to innovate new creative ideas.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as Creative Lead, Art Director, or Creative Director.
• Experienced in crafting integrated marketing campaigns, including (but not limited to) TVC, OOH, digital and mixed media approaches.
• Experienced in managing creative teams.
• Ability to generate and sell original and innovative ideas that can travel across multiple platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the creative team, external contractors, and key stakeholders.
