Overview

We are looking for a driven, self starter Community Manager to join the Data Mynt team. If you are a crypto-savvy community oriented person with experience in growing and managing crypto token communities we would like to meet you.

Looking for a rock star with high emotional intelligence and also great customer service skills and the ability to plan, execute, engage in and moderate online and offline conversations and events with our community.

Responsibilities

As the Community Manager for Data Mynt, we expect you to deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Create engaging and shareable content to increase engagement and communication among community members.
• Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute community initiatives and programs such as quizzes and competitions.
• Organize AMAs with other communities to promote Data Mynt and its native token BYOB.
• Communicate effectively with community members about the Data Mynt project and goal in preparation for an IEO.
• Respond to comments and queries from community members in a timely manner
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Liaise with Marketing and Product to stay updated on new products and features that must be communicated to the community.

Requirement and Skills

• Proven work experience as a community manager managing platforms like Telegram, Discord, Reddit.
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. number of new followers, Retention rate of followers, engagement rate, and Active members)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English and Spanish writing and verbal communication skills, ideal
• A Bachelor’s degree as the minimum requirement.
