THE OPPORTUNITY

About The Role


Senior Product Designers contribute across the team by generating new ways to solve for fulfillment challenges. This means iterating on and delivering design solutions that address their buyer and seller’s needs as they align to goals set by your team. Our client is looking for someone who has experience applying research findings and A/B experiment results to inform their design decisions.

Requirements

  • Working independently but seek mentorship and feedback from your manager and more senior designers
  • Contributing as a partner to strategy and design direction
  • Using research and data to inform your design solutions
  • Sketching, prototype, and create high fidelity artifacts for the team, using your judgment to determine the best formats and fidelities for your work
  • Using their design system proficiently and consistently
  • Shipping good work, balancing pragmatism and quality

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of professional experience working in product design across native app and web (although you might have had a different job title, like “UX Designer” or “Experience Designer”)
  • Translation of quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions
  • Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions
  • Expressing feedback with kindness and candor
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity
